Composition and Descriptions:-
This vaccine contains lentogenic (LaSota strain) prepared in emberyonated hen eggs and freeze dried under vacuum, with a minimum titer of 107.2EID50 in each dose after reconstitution. This vaccine is manufactured according to the international standards and controlled in accordance the British Pharmacopoeia and FAO guideline.
Indications:
The vaccine is given as primary or secondary vaccine after vaccination with hitcher B1 strain and it used in broiler and layer chickens.
Administrations Dosage :
This vaccine is used as second administrations or booster after HB1 vaccine
- Intraocular route.
Dissolve the vaccine in the special diluent provided and.
administer one drop of the vaccine using dropper into one eye per bird .
and it must make sure that the drop of the vaccine has been by bird .
- Oral route via drinking water
reconstitute the vaccine with free of antiseptic cool pure drinking water add(2gm/L) non fat dried milk powder to stabilized the vaccine activity.
The vaccine should be diluated in adequate quantity of final drinking water according to age and Numbers of birds and climatic conditions as follow.
- Spraying route :
Depending on the number and age of the birds. and preferably given at early ages (day 1) by using special equipment adjusted to course mist (130 to 150 microns).
Contraindications: Do not vaccinate birds clinically sick or stressed bired.
Precautions : Do not expose the reconstituted vaccine to direct sun light.
Caution(s): destroy all the empty vials properly.

Storage: At +2c° to +8c°.
Validity: one year from date of production.
