The Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Mahdi Suhr Al-Jubouri, chaired a negotiation meeting today, Monday, with a delegation from Al-Kindi Company, in preparation for signing a contract to supply vaccines and veterinary medicines. The meeting was attended by several directors general and the company’s managing director, as part of the Ministry’s efforts to secure the necessary resources to support livestock in the country.
The meeting discussed the company’s annual catalog of medicines and vaccines and established a mechanism for their sustainable and urgent provision, taking into account laboratory testing and the drop in temperatures. The Undersecretary stressed the importance of proceeding with the contract signing in accordance with the technical and pricing specifications for the types of vaccines and veterinary medicines, as this represents a top priority to ensure support for livestock breeders and the stability of the agricultural sector.
