Specifications and components :-
A vaccine containing the ruminant plague virus (ruminant Nigeria 75/1) grown on the tissue transplant cells of the African blue monkey kidney (virus cells) and each dose contains at least TCID50 103 , the vaccine is prepared according to the approved international standards and according to the contract concluded with the French Serad laboratories and we adopt the Constitution of the organization (OIE) in the quality control tests of the vaccine and according to the contract of the French Serad laboratories .
Usage: :-
The vaccine is used in the preparation of positive immunity against PPR (sheep and goat) disease .
Methods of inoculation and potions :-
The vaccine is added in the cold diluted solution according to the number of doses recorded on the vial so that the final dose for each animal is (1) ml injected subcutaneously in the area behind the shoulder under the armpit .
The vaccine is given to sheep and goats after three months of age .
Interferences:-
It is forbidden to vaccinate animals that show any symptoms of disease , and the vaccine is valid for all ages and pregnant women, do not vaccinate ewes in the last two weeks of pregnancy .

Precautions :-
The animal’s temperature is monitored before and after vaccination. the vaccine is mixed well during thawing and before injection .
Warnings :-
All empty and partially used vaccine bottles are systematically destroyed .
Vaccine storage :-
At degrees (8-2 m ) it is forbidden to expose the vaccine to direct sunlight .
