Description and installation :
The vaccine contains a weakened strain of the Newcastle virus and is prepared in chicken egg embryos and is lyophilized.
The vaccine contains a minimum of standard 10 6,5 – 10 8 EID50 .
The vaccine is manufactured in accordance with the British constitution and the guidelines of the International Food and Agriculture Organization .
Methods of pollination :-
The vaccine is used at an early age (the first day) by coarse spraying (130-150) microns.
It is possible to give the vaccine at the age of (7-10) days and repeat the vaccination at the age of (16) days .this program applies to chicken, meat and eggs.
The eggs are inoculated at the age of (40) days and are used to inoculate chicken eggs every (2-3) months with soft spraying (80-100) microns .
This program, method and severity are enough to give immunity to herds .
Recommendations :-
Keep the vaccine at a temperature (2 – 8 m°).
Destroy empty containers.
Vaccination is not carried out for sick flocks with respiratory symptoms .
