Description and Composition:
. The vaccine contains the Avenue strain, which is prepared using freeze-dried chicken egg embryos.
. The vaccine has a minimum standard of 10⁶.5–10⁸ EID50.
. The vaccine is manufactured according to international standards of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the British Pharmacopoeia.
Vaccination Methods:
. It is preferable to administer the vaccine at an early age (day 1) using a coarse spray (130-150 microns).
. This strain is considered lentogenic (low-dose).
. Vaccination can be repeated at 7–10 days of age using the same spraying method and fineness, and can also be repeated at 16 days of age or at any age before 20 days.
. This strain is suitable for spray vaccination of breeding flocks every 2–3 months.
. This strain is used in producing flocks to prevent a slight decrease in egg production.
1. Recommendations: Store the vaccine at a temperature of 2-8°C.
2.Dispose of empty vials.
3.Do not vaccinate sick poultry.
