–Composition and Description.
This vaccine Contains attenuated Infectious Bronchitis virus (IBH120) Cultured in henembryonated eggs and freeze dried with a titer of approximately 103.5EID50 ineach dose. This vaccine is manu factured aecording to the international standards and controlled in aecordance with British pharmacopoeia.
–Administration and Dcosag.
This vaccine is recommended for the first active immunization against IBv in 2-3 weeks old broiler. Future layer and breeding stock. Emergency cases birds Cam be vaccinated from a day- old age (provided they carry maternal antibodies to reduce The vaccine reaction) In the later case a re-vaccinations recommend at 3-4 weeks of age .Use the following methods for vaccination Drinking water. Reaon stitute the vaccine with drinking water . (dilution depends on the age of the birds)
1000 doses in 10L of water for 10 days old birds add an extra liter for each exter day of age 20L for 20-days old birds. Water contioners should be clean and the water free from chlorine or other disinfeetant chemicals.
Spray method : The necessary quantities of distilled water for 1000 dose
Use as follows : Up to 4th week of age 100ml after 4th week 200ml – 400ml Adult brids
