A- Composition and Description

  1. This Vaccine contains lentogenic strain of NDV with ICPI ( intra pathogenic index) is 0:0 zero
  2. This Vaccine contains ulister strain which is prepared in emberyonated chicken eggs and Freezes dried.
  3. This Vaccine contains at lees 106.5 EID50. Embryo infective dose 50 dose.
  4. This Vaccine is manufactured according to the international standards and according to the British pharmacopoeia and FAO Agriculture.

B- Administration:-

  1. This Vaccine is preferably given at early ages (day 1) by aerosol exposure using special equipment adjusted to course mist (130 to 150 microns).
  2. This strain could be used after the initial dose according to the vaccination guidelines.
  3. This strain is suitable for flock’s in production Amount of Distilled water used adjusted according to the age and the system (cages or flour system)100ml for 1000 bird at age of (1 day) and (200ml)for 1000 bird at age (7-10 days old).250ml for 1000 bird at 3weeks and older for broiler.

For cages system one could increase the volume of al distilled water. Vaccination via drinking water.

Water should be with hold for 2-4 hours according to age and climate temperature water should be cleaned and with no trace of antiseptic enough drinker souled be available 5 to 30 litters of water used according to the age and other circumstance.

– Notes:-

When their is respiratory distresses try to delay Vaccination but in highly risky zones don’t delay the Vaccination and use the weakest strain of NDV plus using a proper antibiotics .

– Recomendation:

  • Lyophilized should be stored at 2-8 centigrade (normal refrigerator) until being used before the expiration.
  • Destroy all the empty vials propley .
  • It is not recommended to store the freeze dried vaccine in deep freeze like -15 or -20 c° .

-Packing:

ND Vaccines available in 1000 doses vials and in 2500 dosses vials.
