This vaccine is composed of a low-virulence Newcastle Disease virus (NVV) of the LaSota strain, grown on chicken embryos and frozen at a dose of CID500. It is virulent to 50% of chicken embryos per dose and is effective in stimulating antibodies in vaccinated chicks against Newcastle Disease. Vaccination and Dosage Method:
———————
Under normal conditions, the vaccine is given 2-3 weeks after the first vaccination with the HitchneraaB1 strain. The vaccination method is as follows:
1- The vaccine is administered ophthalmicly. Dissolve 1000 doses in 25 ml of distilled water or saline solution. Using a standard dropper, administer one drop into the eye, ensuring that the drop spreads throughout the eye. This method is used in individual cases and ensures that the bird receives the full dose.
The vaccine is dissolved in chlorine-free drinking water, according to the bird’s age.
1000 doses are dissolved in 10 liters of water if the birds are 10 days old.
1000 doses dissolved in 20 liters of water if the birds are 20-40 days old.
